The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land & Water, intends to issue a material sale contract for the extraction of 1,000 cubic yards of material. The contract is for a site located near the Tanana River Bridge, MS 62-3-157-2A. The department complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. • The contract is for the extraction of 1,000 cubic yards of material. • The contract is subject to AS 38.05.555. • The department reserves the right to waive technical defects in this notice. • The contract is pursuant to 11 AAC 98.010 and 11 AAC 71.090(b).
