Description
The DeKalb County Government is soliciting bids for a three‑year, multiyear contract to provide comprehensive maintenance and improvement services for the Mystery Valley Golf Course. The scope covers all aspects of course upkeep—including tees, greens, fairways, rough, natural areas, water features, cart paths, bridges, practice facilities, fencing, trees, buildings, signage, utilities, and parking. The contractor will be responsible for routine mowing, edging, fertilization, pest and weed control, arborist services, fence repair, and any necessary repairs or upgrades to course infrastructure. Two optional renewal periods are available, extending the partnership beyond the initial term if performance criteria are met.
• Full‑service golf course grounds maintenance (mowing, edging, fertilizing, irrigation)
• Vegetation management: weed control, tree trimming, arborist services
• Pest control and disease management for turf and landscaping
• Maintenance of course facilities: bridges, cart paths, practice areas, fences, signage, utilities, and parking lots
• Ability to perform minor construction/repair work (grading, fence installation, equipment upkeep)
• Mandatory pre‑bid (offerors’) conference on Sep 08 2026 (virtual)
• Submission deadline Sep 30 2026; contract term 3 years with two renewal options
