The U.S. Embassy in Kathmandu, Nepal is seeking a contractor to provide health insurance services to its employees. The contractor will be required to provide coverage for hospitalization, emergency services, outpatient services, and other medical expenses. The contract will be for a period of one year with four options to renew for an additional year. The contractor must be licensed and authorized to provide health insurance in Nepal. • The contractor must provide coverage for a minimum of 100% for hospitalization and emergency services. • The contractor must provide coverage for outpatient services, including doctor visits, tests, and procedures. • The contractor must provide coverage for prescription medications. • The contractor must provide coverage for preventive care, including annual physicals and health screenings. • The contractor must provide coverage for dental and vision care. • The contractor must provide coverage for mental health and substance abuse treatment.
