AMEND #1 -- B&F - ALD - Horticulture Refurbish Greenhouse Materials - 26Z1AY2

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a contractor to provide materials for the refurbishment of a greenhouse at the Federal Prison Camp in Alderson, West Virginia. The contractor will be responsible for delivering all necessary materials in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and specifications. The government is looking for a firm-fixed-price contract, and the evaluation criteria will include price, past performance, technical capability, and warranty. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must complete the necessary representations and certifications at the time of submitting their quotation. • The contractor must provide a specification sheet and any submittal information about the product(s) offered in their quotation. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, codes, and standards. • The contractor must provide certification and documented proof of experience, demonstrating competency in executing the project, if requested. • The contractor must be reputable and have a history of satisfactory performance.
