Supplies for Norfolk City Jail (IFB)

The City of Norfolk, on behalf of the Norfolk Sheriff’s Office, is issuing an Invitation for Bids (IFB 11064-0-2026/LW) for the supply of janitorial, hygiene, clothing, and linen products to the Norfolk City Jail. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for each line item, with multiple contractors possible. The award will be a five‑year, indefinite‑delivery, indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) contract covering a broad list of pre‑approved supplies; additional “Open Item” products may be submitted after pre‑qualification. All prices must include shipping, and deliveries are to be made FOB Destination to the NSO warehouse within 14 calendar days of order receipt.
