Traffic Signal & ITS Equipment Repair

The Delaware Department of Transportation is seeking a vendor to provide diagnostic evaluation, repair, and optional disposal of traffic‑signal and ITS equipment. The Department will ship boxed equipment to the vendor (FOB Destination) and expects a turnaround of up to 60 calendar days for repairs, with a 90‑day warranty on repaired items. Bids must be unit‑price based, covering transport, diagnostics, labor, parts, warranty, and disposal. No bid or performance bond is required, but the vendor must maintain specified insurance limits and hold a Delaware Business License. The contract is initially three years with two possible one‑year extensions and optional month‑to‑month extensions.
