NSPIRE and NSPIRE‑V Inspection Services RFP

The Little Rock Housing Authority (LRHA) seeks qualified firms to perform NSPIRE and NSPIRE‑V inspection services for residential properties across its service area, including units owned or managed by private landlords, investors, LRHA, and affiliated entities participating in housing assistance programs.
