Description
The Coffee County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids for the complete resurfacing, patching, and leveling of approximately 8.812 miles of county roads under the FY 2027 Local Maintenance & Improvement Grant (LMIG). The contractor must be a pre‑qualified Georgia DOT contractor, provide a 5 % bid bond, and furnish performance and payment bonds equal to 100 % of the contract amount. Work must commence after award and be finished within 180 consecutive calendar days. Bids are due by 10:30 AM on November 18, 2026, and will be opened publicly at the County Commissioners’ office.
