Intake Agent and Eligibility Office

The Indiana Office of Early Childhood Education is seeking a contractor to serve as the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) and On My Way Pre-K Intake Agent. The successful applicant will be responsible for the administration of application processing and enrollment for the CCDF and On My Way Pre-K programs in the state of Indiana. Key responsibilities will include: • Application processing and enrollment for the CCDF and On My Way Pre-K programs • Administration of the programs in accordance with state and federal regulations • Coordination with other state agencies and stakeholders to ensure successful program implementation • Data management and reporting to track program outcomes and performance This opportunity requires a contractor with experience in program administration, data management, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the CCDF and On My Way Pre-K programs, as well as experience working with state agencies and stakeholders.
