Description
The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife (CPW) is seeking a used tractor with required accessories and trade-in, including delivery. The successful bidder will be awarded a contract for the provision of one used tractor. The award will be based on the most advantageous quote to the state, with price/cost being the primary consideration. Bidders must submit their quotes by Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 3 PM MT.
• The tractor must meet or exceed all specifications listed in the solicitation.
• The successful bidder will be required to provide a current insurance certificate with all required coverage.
• A 5% preference will be given to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) who meet the requirements.
• Resident bidders will be allowed a preference against nonresident bidders equal to the preference given or required by the state in which the nonresident bidder is a resident.
