TRC Office Supplies & Related Materials RFP

The Massachusetts Trial Court is seeking qualified vendors to provide office supplies and related materials to support daily court operations throughout the Commonwealth. The RFP includes four categories: Category 1A (General Office Supplies Market Basket), Category 1B (General Office Supplies Non-Market Basket), Category 2 (Ink and Toner Cartridges), and Category 3 (Custom Stationery Items). Vendors may bid on one, several, or all categories. The contract will be for an initial 3-year term, and the awarded vendors will be expected to provide timely delivery and consistent product availability to support operations at courthouses across the state. Key requirements include providing an online ordering platform, honoring the terms and pricing of their proposal for the full contract duration, and meeting standard commercial durability, performance, and safety requirements. • Category 1A includes a list of roughly 300 items considered the “market basket” • Category 1B includes non-market basket items that must be offered from a catalog provided by the bidder • Category 2 includes ink and toner cartridges from various manufacturers • Category 3 includes custom stationery items that must meet Trial Court branding and formatting standards • Online ordering platform must be accessible by the Trial Court at no additional cost • Awarded vendors will be expected to provide training statewide to any Trial Court user who requests training at no additional cost
