COUNTYWIDE JANITORIAL SERVICES - Do not submit a proposal

Prince George’s County, Maryland is preparing a county‑wide contract for comprehensive janitorial and related supplemental services covering 72 facilities (approximately 1.46 million cleanable square feet). The contract will be awarded to one or more qualified firms that are County‑Based Small Businesses (CBSBs) and/or County‑Based Minority Business Enterprises (CBMBEs), with a 15 % CBMBE supplier utilization requirement. The base period runs from the award date through June 30 2027, with two optional one‑year extensions, subject to compliance with participation requirements. All work must be performed by the contractor’s own personnel or approved subcontractors, using the contractor’s equipment, and must meet County wage, insurance, and safety standards. Invoices are submitted electronically within 72 hours of service completion. An Industry Day and mandatory site visits will be announced later.
