The County of Orange is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive janitorial services for multiple County departments and facilities. The scope of work includes routine, periodic, and emergency cleaning of interior and exterior areas, trash and recycling removal, floor care, restroom and shower sanitation, and other related services. The contract will be for a period of 365 days, with the option to renew. The County is looking for a firm that can provide high-quality services, meet the minimum qualifications and requirements, and demonstrate experience in providing janitorial services to large, multi-site facilities. • The contract will require the provision of commercial-grade equipment, supplies, and disinfectants. • The firm must be able to provide services 24/7, without interruption. • The firm must have a established, documented Quality Control Program applicable to janitorial operations. • The firm must demonstrate financial capacity to perform a contract of this size and duration. • The firm must have experience providing janitorial services in secure or restricted facilities requiring background clearances, badging, or coordination with security personnel.
