Trash/Recycle Removal

The Saginaw Township Community Schools is seeking sealed proposals for district-wide trash removal and recycling services. The contract period will be from August 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028. Bidders must provide pricing for each year of the contract period, including pricing for trash removal, recycling of corrugated cardboard, and delivering and/or removal of bins. The contractor must demonstrate the ability to provide trash pickup on the schedule provided in the bid documents, including all specified days, times, and container sizes. • The contractor shall be responsible for any damage to a building or other property caused by the contractor's workers while performing the work indicated in these specifications. • The contractor shall place state and federally approved covered containers in the numbers noted for each school location per bidding documents. • The contractor shall submit Certificates of Insurance as stated on the bid proposal form. • A completed Familial Disclosure form must be included with each proposal submitted or the proposal will not be accepted. • The contractor must certify that it is NOT an Iran Linked Business as defined by Michigan Public Act 517 of 2012.
