The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking proposals to lease office space in Berks County for the Department of Labor and Industry. The leased space should be approximately 3,171-3,647 square feet and have parking available. The lease term will be 10 years with options for renewal. The selected proposer will be required to comply with various regulations, including prevailing wage requirements and small business participation goals.
