2027 Asphalt RFQ

The Gilmer County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed quotes for a variety of asphalt mix types to be used throughout 2027. Vendors must submit pricing for each specified mix (Rec4.75mm, Rec9.5mm, Rec12.5mm, Rec19.0mm, Rec25.0mm, and Bitumen Tack Coat) covering the period January 1 through December 31 2027. Quotes are to be marked “Asphalt Quote” and delivered to the County Clerk’s office by the deadline. The county may accept full or partial quotes from multiple vendors and reserves the right to reject any or all submissions. The successful bidder will enter into a contract with Gilmer County. • Required mixes include six aggregate grades plus tack coat. • Pricing must cover the entire 2027 calendar year. • Sealed, labeled submissions only; delivery to County Clerk’s address. • County may split award among multiple vendors. • No pre‑bid meeting; questions directed to the buyer contact.
