MOVING SERVICES - NORTHERN NEVADA

The State of Nevada, Department of Administration, Purchasing Division is seeking qualified vendors to provide moving services in Northern Nevada. The contract term is anticipated to be four years, beginning on March 12, 2024. Vendors must meet the general minimum qualifications, including being a certified carrier in full compliance with the Nevada Transportation Authority, and providing a detailed description of their service plan. The evaluation process will consider factors such as the vendor's experience, qualifications, and ability to meet the mandatory minimum requirements. • The State intends to award multiple contracts in conjunction with this RFQ. • The contract will be mandatory for State agencies located in geographic regions serviced by the contract. • Vendors must comply with current state contracted furniture vendors to limit impacts to the warranties associated with state agency purchased equipment. • The State reserves the right to accept vendor proposals for qualifications on an ongoing basis.
