NPDES Sediment Removal Wilburton Pond

The City of Bellevue is seeking a contractor to remove approximately 222 cubic yards of contaminated sediment from Wilburton Pond to meet NPDES requirements. The work includes dewatering, sediment removal, thermal treatment (incineration), and installation of necessary site controls such as fencing, signage, wattles, and tree protection if required. The project must follow the City's Clear and Grade Permit, including attendance at a pre-construction meeting.
