The University System of New Hampshire (USNH) seeks a comprehensive, enterprise‑grade financial‑aid awarding solution to be deployed within its Workday Student ERP environment. The solution must handle the full lifecycle of Title IV and other federal aid processes, integrate with existing student‑information systems, and meet rigorous security and compliance standards. • Provide end‑to‑end processing of FAFSA/ISIR data, award calculation, packaging, disbursement, and reconciliation for federal, state, and institutional aid. • Seamlessly integrate with Workday Student, Slate, and other campus systems via APIs, batch files, and SAML‑SSO; support multi‑campus (UNH, Keene State, Plymouth State) operations. • Meet extensive compliance requirements (FERPA, GLBA, IRS Pub 1075, CUI/SP‑TAX, WCAG 2.1, HECVAT, SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001/27018) and provide detailed security, audit, and reporting capabilities. • Deliver implementation, training, and ongoing support under a three‑year contract (with two optional one‑year extensions), with a production‑ready deadline of October 2027.
