Professional Stage Labor - 2023 Professional Stage Labor Contract has been

• Athletics – installation/removal of the Motor City Cruise floor and courtside chairs (≈ 17‑23 flips per season). • Special Events – setup/strike for commencement ceremonies (twice per year) and other large campus events (6‑12 uses per year). • Hilberry Gateway Theater – labor for rental productions (3‑10 events per year). • Vendor must submit hourly rates for all listed labor categories, include a minimum call‑time, and adhere to insurance, reporting, and university policy requirements.
