The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor for the New Orleans Residential Rehabilitation and Treatment Program (RRTP). The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive project management services, interior design, FF&E, and space planning services, as well as acquisition planning services. The contractor will also be required to participate in design and construction meetings and provide meeting facilitation services.
