Budget estimate

$10,000 – $20,000

Based on the information provided, the total merchandise sales for the event in 2025 were between $1,000 to $1,300 units, with the City receiving 30% of the gross sales revenue. Assuming an average price per unit of $20, the total revenue for the event would be around $20,000 to $26,000, with the City receiving $6,000 to $7,800. For the 2026 event, the City anticipates a 10-15% increase in teams and participants, which could result in higher merchandise sales. Therefore, the estimated budget range for the contractor could be between $10,000 to $20,000 per year, depending on the actual sales revenue and the percentage split with the City.
