METRO Regional Transit Authority is seeking legal services to provide counsel, advisory services, and representation in support of its governance responsibilities, business operations, and compliance obligations. The selected firm will be responsible for providing legal services in areas such as labor and employment, general counsel, and litigation. The firm will be expected to have experience with federal, state, and local regulations, including state employment relations board (SERB), and matters involving public authorities. The firm will also be expected to have experience with arbitrations and transit arbitrations. • The firm will provide legal services to METRO, including counseling, advising, and representing METRO in various legal matters. • The firm will be responsible for managing the various aspects of the project and adhering to the scope. • The firm will be expected to have experience with similar projects and to demonstrate its qualifications and experience in the topics listed under labor and employment counsel. • The firm will be expected to provide a detailed description of its approach to managing the project and to demonstrate its experience with federal, state, and local regulations.
