Parking Enforcement Services

The Village of Friendship Heights is seeking a contractor to provide parking enforcement services. The contractor will be responsible for enforcing parking restrictions, issuing citations, and representing the Village in court. The contractor must have at least five years of relevant experience and provide references for comparable projects. The contract period will be for three years, beginning on or about September 21, 2026. The scope of work includes providing trained and supervised officers, marked vehicles, and addressing security problems in an appropriate manner. • The contractor must provide pricing for a three-year contract period. • The contractor must enforce parking restrictions on specific streets within the Village. • The contractor must represent the Village in court when a citation is challenged. • The contractor must provide marked vehicles or other forms of transportation for the parking enforcement officer. • The contractor must address security problems in an appropriate manner.
