The RFQ seeks a qualified vendor to deliver full‑service maintenance, repair, and replacement of industrial‑grade kitchen equipment and associated HVAC/ventilation systems across all Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools cafeterias (approximately 141 school kitchens). The contractor must respond to service calls within two days (same‑day for emergencies), supply all labor, parts, tools, and transportation, and comply with Buy‑American domestic‑content requirements or submit a waiver. Insurance coverage (general liability, automobile, workers’ compensation, and sexual abuse) and certifications (debarment, background checks, non‑discrimination) are mandatory. No guaranteed minimum order volume; work is performed only under issued Purchase Orders. • Provide preventive‑maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and full‑unit replacement for ovens, mixers, dishwashers, fryers, refrigeration, ventilation hoods, HVAC, etc. • Meet strict response times (≤ 2 calendar days standard, same‑day emergency) and maintain detailed service logs. • Carry required insurance (≥ $1 M each) and certify compliance with Buy‑American, debarment, and other federal/state regulations.
