Janitorial Services at the Marshalltown Child Support Services (CSS) Office

The Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a vendor to provide weekly janitorial services at the Marshalltown Child Support Services Office, located at 101 Iowa Ave. W, Suite 400, Marshalltown, IA 50158. The initial contract term is one year, beginning on August 1, 2026, with the option to renew for up to five additional one-year terms. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing janitorial services on a weekly basis. • The vendor must be able to provide services at the specified location. • The vendor must be able to provide services on a weekly basis. • The vendor must be able to provide all necessary equipment and supplies. • The vendor must be able to provide a qualified team to perform the services.
