INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, LIFE RAFT SERVICES

The United States Navy is seeking a sole source provider for life raft services, including the modification and recertification of UNI-PAC II life rafts and the provision of a Mechanical Reverse Osmosis Desalinator (MROD). The contractor will be required to deliver the life rafts and MROD to the government's designated location, where they will be subject to inspection. The government will evaluate the offeror's price for reasonableness and past performance as part of the responsibility determination.
