This solicitation seeks vendors to provide preventive maintenance and repair services for data‑center power infrastructure, covering UPS, generators, cooling systems, and transfer switches across multiple sites. The effort is structured as a 5‑year contract with optional annual price escalations. Pricing will be evaluated based on a “Total Evaluated Amount” calculated from unit‑price submissions for each listed task. • Semi‑annual preventative inspections of cooling systems and UPS units (estimated 2 inspections per unit). • Oil and filter changes with oil sampling for each generator unit (2 services per unit). • Load‑bank testing and transfer‑switch maintenance on a per‑unit basis. • Labor rates for standard, after‑hours, and emergency/holiday work, plus an optional discount on catalog items. • No minimum volume guaranteed; actual work will be ordered via purchase orders as needs arise.
