The Midland Independent School District is soliciting proposals for the purchase of a 65.51-acre property located near Cholla Road and Amara Rd in Midland County, Texas. The property is being offered for sale as a single transaction or as separate tracts. Proposers may submit proposals for the entire property, individual tracts, or any combination of tracts. The District prefers offers at or above the appraised value, which is estimated to be $6,320,000.00 for both tracts. • The property consists of two tracts: Tract A (36.81 acres) and Tract B (28.70 acres). • The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. • The successful respondent must complete the property's closing and secure all required funding within thirty calendar days from the Board approval of the sale. • The property shall be sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS.
