The Ysleta Independent School District is seeking proposals for the sale of the Mesa Vista Elementary School campus, which consists of approximately 10.49 acres of land and a one-story elementary school facility of masonry construction with a brick and masonry veneer and a flat roof system. The facility includes various classrooms, offices, a library, a commercial kitchen, cafeteria, a gym, and a greenhouse. The site improvements include asphalt parking/drives, concrete walkways, landscaping, and a canvas covered playground. • The property is being sold "as is, where is" with all faults. • The purchase price will be a total cash purchase price. • The offeror must submit a check for $10,000.00 as earnest money. • The offeror will have a period of 15 calendar days to review the survey and title commitment. • The offeror will have a period of 60 calendar days to conduct studies, inspections, and assessments related to the property. • The closing of the transaction will take place at Lone Star Title Company, El Paso, Texas, within 30 calendar days following the expiration of the feasibility period.
