U.S. Army Contracting Command – Watervliet Arsenal (ACC-WVA) Organic Industrial Base (OIB) Modernization Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO)

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Watervliet Arsenal (ACC-WVA) is seeking innovative commercial products or services to support the modernization of its Organic Industrial Base (OIB). The Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) authority will be used to acquire these products or services. The CSO is a competitive procedure that allows the government to select proposals based on a review of proposals by scientific, technological, or other subject-matter expert peers. The CSO will be open until 30 September 2027, and companies can submit solution briefs, presentations/pitches, and proposals in response to specific Areas of Interest (AoI) that will be posted on the Government Point of Entry (GPE) website. The government is looking for solutions that can provide innovative commercial products, technologies, and services to support the OIB modernization.
