T-7A Conference Hoteling

The United States Air Force intends to award a firm‑fixed‑price sole‑source contract to Boeing for “Conference Hotel” services supporting the T‑7A aircraft. The contractor will provide real‑time telephone assistance from T‑7 system experts during in‑flight emergencies, ensuring compliance with AFI 11‑418 and related AETC supplements. The effort includes deep knowledge of T‑7 avionics, propulsion, structures, and the ability to obtain and use technical data such as drawings, analyses, and test reports. The period of performance is one year with four optional one‑year extensions, and award is expected by 31 Mar 2027.
