In- Building Radio Frequency Coverage Revision

The City of Phoenix is seeking a contractor to provide in-building radio frequency coverage for a five-year contract. The contractor will be responsible for designing, installing, and testing emergency responder radio coverage systems (ERRCS) in various buildings throughout the city. The contractor must have a minimum of three years of experience in providing turnkey in-building RF enhancement projects, including ERRCS, DAS, and BDA. The contractor must also have a System Designer with a current NICET IB-PSC-Design certification, a Lead Installer/Project Management Lead/Testing Personnel with a current NICET IB-PSC Level 2 or higher Technician certification, and an Arizona-Licensed Professional Engineer. Some key points to consider are: • The contractor must comply with all applicable Regional Wireless Cooperative (RWC) policies, technical requirements, and procedures. • The contractor must comply with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards, including NFPA 1225. • The contractor must provide certificates of insurance, including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, and automobile liability. • The contractor must have a minimum of $1 million in general liability insurance and $1 million in workers' compensation insurance. • The contractor must provide a detailed pricing proposal, including unit prices for labor and materials.
