Food Service Concessions at the Portland International Jetport

The City of Portland is seeking proposals for food service concessions at the Portland International Jetport. The initial seventeen-month term will commence on February 2, 2026, and the Concessionaire will have a ten-year operating term starting on July 1, 2027. The Concessionaire will be responsible for providing food service concessions at the Airport, including building out each proposed food service concession concept. Key aspects of the proposal include: * Providing food service concessions at the Portland International Jetport * Building out each proposed food service concession concept * Maintaining food service operations during the initial seventeen-month term * Commencing a ten-year operating term starting on July 1, 2027 * Meeting the minimum criteria set forth in the RFP.
