IFB-26085 #2 Heating Oil and Off-Road Standard Diesel Supply Service

The Baltimore City Public Schools is soliciting bids for #2 heating oil and standard off-road diesel supply services. The contract will be for a period of three years with an option to renew for two years. The successful bidder will be required to provide fuel delivery services to various Baltimore City Public Schools locations. The bidder must be licensed in the State of Maryland and comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The bid must include a fixed price for each cost item listed on the bid proposal form. Some key responsibilities of the successful bidder include: * Providing delivery of #2 heating oil and standard off-road diesel fuel to designated City Schools locations within 48 hours from acceptance of the telephone request or receipt of work order from City Schools Facilities Administrator. * Assisting City Schools in monitoring heating oil and standard off-road diesel fuel inventory and restocking services to each physical location. * Being responsible for all #2 heating oil and standard off-road diesel fuel deliveries, transport costs, and carrier performance if an outside carrier is used. * Having a minimum fleet of 10 vehicles to provide fuel. * Having access to fuel, staff, truck, and being able to deliver 7 days a week.
