Integrated Transportation Plan Update

The Town of Jackson and Teton County are seeking a qualified consulting firm to produce a technical update to the Integrated Transportation Plan (ITP) that moves beyond visioning to an implementable, prioritized roadmap. The consultant will synthesize existing studies, evaluate scenarios, develop a prioritization framework, devise funding and governance strategies, and engage stakeholders to secure commitment for identified projects. Deliverables include a consolidated vision memo, scenario analysis, prioritization results, funding strategy, governance recommendations, public engagement summary, and a detailed implementation roadmap with timelines, costs, and responsible agencies. The work is scheduled to start August 19 2026 and culminate with a draft plan review in June 2027, with an anticipated award notice on October 9 2026.
