105 (l) Kease Compliant Appraisal Services

The Conf. Tribes Coos/Lower Umpqua/Siuslaw is seeking a contractor to provide 105 (l) Kease Compliant Appraisal Services. The contractor will be responsible for providing appraisal services that are compliant with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) regulations. The services will include appraisals of tribal lands and other properties. The contractor will be required to submit a proposal that includes their qualifications, experience, and approach to the project. The proposal should also include a cost proposal and a fee structure. • The contractor must have experience in providing appraisal services to tribal entities and have knowledge of BIA regulations and USPAP standards. • The contractor must be able to provide a detailed work plan and methodology for the project. • The contractor must be able to provide references from previous clients. • The contractor must be able to provide a cost proposal and a fee structure that is competitive and reasonable. • The contractor must be able to provide proof of insurance and bonding.
