STAGE RENTALS FOR KNOX COUNTY SCHOOLS GRADUATIONS

Knox County Schools is seeking bids for stage rentals for graduation ceremonies. The contract will be for one year, with the option to renew. The successful bidder will be required to provide a complete stage set up, including ramps, pipe and drape, and folding chairs. The stage must be 16'w x 32'd x 24" tall, with a 4x4 riser and a black skirt. The bidder must also provide a cost for each item listed and a grand total for the stage rental. • The stage must be delivered to the location on the day before the graduation ceremony. • The bidder must disassemble the stage and move all components to the next graduation site after the ceremony. • The bidder must provide a certificate of insurance showing all coverages and endorsements. • The bidder must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
