J--Intent to Award Notice - MiSeq i100 Plus Maintenance and Service Agreement

The U.S. Department of the Interior, Office of Acquisition & Property Management intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract to ILLUMINA, INC. for comprehensive maintenance and service support for an Illumina MiSeq i100 Plus System. The contract will include replacement parts, labor, travel costs, reagent replacement, annual preventative maintenance service, remote technical support, and control software updates and upgrades. The contractor must perform all maintenance and repair services in accordance with OEM-recommended procedures and documentation requirements. • The contract is for a base year and up to four option years, subject to the availability of funding. • The contractor must provide a comprehensive maintenance and service agreement that includes all replacement parts, labor, travel costs, and reagent replacement required as a result of hardware failures. • The contractor must perform one annual preventative maintenance service and provide remote technical support. • The contractor must have technicians who are trained and authorized to service the Illumina MiSeq i100 Plus System.
