Description
Gila Crossing Community School seeks a qualified provider to deliver comprehensive Special Education IEP‑related psychological services for approximately 500 K‑8 students over a one‑year period. The contractor must conduct school‑based evaluations across multiple domains, attend IEP meetings, document findings in the district’s NASIS system, and handle DCS Medicaid billing where applicable. Personnel must hold an Arizona School Psychologist certificate, possess a valid fingerprint clearance card, and be able to work on‑site (or via telehealth if requested). The school will supply equipment and software training; the contractor must provide insurance, invoices, and maintain all licenses throughout the contract.
