Description
The U.S. Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors that can provide technical support services for CT7 and T700 engine test cells, as well as integrated mechanical, electronic, sensor, and fluid‑system maintenance and calibration. The goal is to combine these functions into a single, comprehensive contract to ensure operational continuity of the Coast Guard’s aviation test‑cell assets. Respondents must submit detailed capability statements covering business size status, certifications (e.g., HUBZone, 8(a), SDVOSB), GSA schedule status, prior government experience, warranty terms, and specific experience with turboprop/turboshaft/turbojet test‑cell systems, data acquisition, and calibration standards (ISO/IEC 17025, NIST). The source‑sought response is due 09/24/2026; a formal RFQ will follow if the Coast Guard proceeds.
