Budget estimate

$1,000,000 – $5,000,000

The contract is a three‑year municipal workers’ compensation administration agreement. Comparable city TPA contracts typically range from $300 k to $1.5 million per year, depending on claim volume and fee structures (per‑claim rates, administrative fees, and percentage‑of‑savings arrangements). Assuming an average mid‑range of $600 k per year, the total award could be roughly $1.8 million over three years, with a possible low‑end of $1 million and a high‑end of $5 million if the City negotiates extensive services or higher fee structures.
