Description
The Navajo Nation Broadband Office is seeking a qualified provider to deliver lit‑fiber Ethernet service to multiple Arizona chapter houses and libraries, along with one‑time special construction of new fiber infrastructure. Vendors must price each site individually, include bandwidth options from 100 Mbps up to 10 Gbps, and provide detailed cost tables for recurring and non‑recurring expenses. The contract is three years with possible one‑year extensions, funded through the E‑Rate program, and requires compliance with stringent service‑level and technical standards.
• Provide lit‑fiber Ethernet hand‑off (minimum 1 Gbps) to each site, with pricing for multiple bandwidth tiers.
• Perform special construction (trenching, conduit, conduit‑fill, termination, permits, testing) and optionally install additional dark‑fiber infrastructure (non‑E‑Rate).
• Meet high availability (≥ 99.99 %), latency (≤ 30 ms), and repair (MTTR ≤ 4 hrs) requirements; supply all customer premise equipment and maintain it for the contract term.
