Local Exchange Services for the Blue Grass Army Depot, KY.

The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide local exchange services for the Blue Grass Army Depot in Kentucky. The contractor will be responsible for providing local voice and data circuits, as well as operator assistance and emergency services. The contract will have a base year and option years, and the contractor must be able to provide services within 120 calendar days of contract award. Some key features of the services include: • Dial tone • Direct inward dialing • Direct outward dialing • Dual Tone Multi-Frequency (DTMF) capability • Equal access • Call blocking for certain numbers • E911 services The contractor must also provide a point of contact for the government to report service outages, and must respond to and correct outages within specified time limits.
