RFP - Hydrant Flushing Program

The City of Highland Park is seeking proposals to perform a comprehensive hydrant flushing program. The work involves testing, cleaning, and documenting fire hydrant performance to ensure reliability for fire protection services. The scope includes field work on municipal hydrants, data collection, and delivery of a final report with recommendations for maintenance or replacement. • Perform flushing, flow testing, and cleaning of all city fire hydrants. • Record hydraulic data, assess condition, and note any deficiencies. • Provide a detailed final report with analysis, maintenance recommendations, and cost estimates for any required repairs or replacements. • Work must be completed electronically through QuestCDN; paper submissions are not accepted. • Bidders must pay a $20 delivery fee for plan documents and a $25 online bidding fee.
