One-Time Generator Maintenance and Load-Bank Testing

The City of Kingsland is requesting quotations for a one-time maintenance service and load-bank test for its generator fleet, which includes 9 fixed, stationary generators and 12 portable generators. The selected vendor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. The scope of work includes service checks, operation checks, and load-bank tests, as well as minor adjustments and repairs as necessary. The quotation should include unit price per stationary generator versus portable generator, separate pricing for any additional repairs or parts, estimated schedule for completion, warranty information, proof of insurance, and relevant licenses, certifications, and experience. • The City will provide the generator list, site locations, and unit identification information as needed. • The vendor shall coordinate all work with City staff and perform services during normal business hours unless otherwise approved. • Any additional repairs discovered during the inspection must be approved by the City before work is performed. • The City may award the work to the vendor whose quotation is determined to be most advantageous to the City, considering price, qualifications, responsiveness, and availability, in whole, or in part.
