The Franklin Regional Council of Governments is seeking bids from qualified marketing firms to continue a marketing campaign for the Valley Flyer Passenger Rail Service. The selected firm will be responsible for providing marketing services to promote the rail service. Key aspects of the project include: • Developing and implementing a marketing strategy to increase ridership and awareness of the Valley Flyer • Creating and distributing marketing materials, such as brochures, social media posts, and press releases • Conducting market research to identify target audiences and measure the effectiveness of the marketing campaign • Collaborating with the Franklin Regional Council of Governments and other stakeholders to ensure the marketing campaign aligns with their goals and objectives The ideal firm will have experience in marketing and advertising, particularly in the transportation industry.
