DEED Event Hosting UI Training

The State of Minnesota is seeking an event venue to host and cater for a 4-day training conference for DEED UI staff. The event is estimated to have about 37 attendees per day and requires a venue with a General Session Room, Breakfast and Lunch service, an Afternoon break snack, and all-day beverage water service. The venue must be within 5 miles of DEED headquarters in St. Paul, MN, and accessible by car and public transportation. Key responsibilities include: • Providing a suitable venue for the conference • Catering services for breakfast, lunch, and snacks • Ensuring accessibility and proximity to DEED headquarters • Meeting the estimated attendance and logistical requirements The contract term is anticipated to be from September 2026 to October 2026, with the option to extend up to an additional year.
