REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) 2026-1 BANKING, INVESTMENTS, AND OPEB TRUST ADMIN

The Housing Authority of the City of Middletown, Connecticut (MHA), is seeking proposals for banking, investments, and OPEB trust administration services for an initial period of three years.
