The Bethel School District is seeking a single‑contractor to design‑build a new pre‑engineered metal building (≈10,500 SF) to house transportation and nutrition services, plus extensive site improvements such as new entry access, asphalt paving, a storm‑water garden, parking, a bus wash canopy, and a trash enclosure. The project must comply with 2025 Oregon Building and Energy Codes, include full fire‑sprinkler systems, meet ADA requirements, and satisfy seismic design criteria for zones 3‑4.
